The site will be constructed in two phases with shared parking for all homeowners. The second phase calls for the demolition of three buildings followed by the construction of the remaining homes.

The houses will be organized around a shared “park space” that includes a pond, walking-jogging trails, lighting, and multiple landscape features.

The two story houses are 1200-1500 sf and are designed to mimic the scale and the architectural styles of the surrounding neighborhood. Each home is designed to accommodate ADA requirements for residential construction including accessible kitchens, bathrooms, and an optional elevator. Each will be designed and constructed according to the requirements for the USGBC’s LEED-H certification program.
