A proposed office-library building that will incorporate state-of-the-art technology and integrated systems. Aesthetically, the design is a hybrid that blends traditional and contemporary architectural forms that will prove highly desirable for existing and future business/corporate clients.

The concept is intended for the central business district or the emerging Innovation Quarter as the existing building inventory is exhausted. Also, the building technology can be adapted to existing facilities whose structural frame can be recycled and re-purposed.
